Data Talks: Bus Open Data Service recap

On Wednesday 2 September, the European Data Portal (EDP) and Support Centre for Data Sharing (SCDS) team hosted the Data Talk session: Bus Open Data service”. In the session, we were joined by:

• Meera Nayyar, the Head of Passenger Experience, Buses and Taxis at the Department for Transport in the United Kingdom (UK); and

• Johan Herrlin, the CEO of Ito World.

They shared insights into how the initiative was conceived and implemented, the benefits of opening up bus open data across the UK and what is next for open data and transportation across the UK.
